Summary
This study aims to test whether a topical nail lacquer containing 2% tofacitinib can safely reduce the severity of nail psoriasis and improve patients' quality of life. It will involve 10 adult participants with nail psoriasis who will apply the lacquer for 26 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in nail appearance and how the condition affects daily life.
