New nail polish treatment tested for psoriasis relief

Summary
This study is testing a special nail lacquer containing 2% tofacitinib to see if it can improve nail psoriasis symptoms. About 10 adult participants with nail psoriasis will apply the lacquer for 26 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in nail appearance and how the treatment affects daily life and quality of life.
