Summary
This study looks at how certain genes increase the risk of liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) in people with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Researchers will follow 500 adults aged 45-75 with NAFLD to understand how genetic factors and lifestyle interact. The goal is to create a risk score to identify who needs regular cancer screening.
