Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called NMN can improve kidney health in people with type 2 diabetes and diabetic kidney disease. About 156 adults will take either NMN or a placebo twice daily for 6 months. The main goal is to see if NMN reduces a key marker of kidney damage (UACR) more than placebo.
