Summary
This study tests whether two immunotherapy drugs, cemiplimab and fianlimab, can safely shrink colon tumors before surgery in people with stage II-III colon cancer that hasn't spread. Participants get two IV doses before surgery, then are followed for up to three years. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and safe, with side effects like fatigue, rash, and immune-related inflammation.
