Promising new combo targets Hard-to-Treat ovarian cancer

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs (nab-sirolimus and fulvestrant) in people whose low-grade serous ovarian cancer has come back. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. About 37 participants will receive the drugs and be monitored for side effects and how long the benefit lasts.
