Summary
This study tests N-acetylcysteine (N-AC), a supplement, in 27 adults with certain blood cancers (myeloproliferative neoplasms). The goal is to find the best dose that reduces symptoms like fatigue and pain while being safe. Participants continue their usual treatments during the study.
