Summary
This study tested a drug called N-Acetyl-L-Leucine (IB1001) in 17 people aged 6 and older with Ataxia-Telangiectasia (A-T), a rare genetic disease that causes severe movement problems. The goal was to see if the drug could safely improve coordination and slow the disease. The study was stopped early, but researchers were looking at changes in movement tests and overall severity.
