New combo aims to outsmart Drug-Resistant lung cancer

Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether adding the experimental drug N-803 to standard chemotherapy (docetaxel) and another immunotherapy (tislelizumab) helps people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose cancer has stopped responding to prior immunotherapy. About 507 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination or docetaxel alone. The main goal is to see if the combination improves overall survival.
