Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called Mytocel MSK, made from a patient's own ear cartilage, for knee osteoarthritis. It aims to repair cartilage and reduce pain better than standard PRP injections. The study will enroll 30 adults with mild-to-moderate knee arthritis and track pain, function, and cartilage changes for one year.
