Robotic arm brace gives new hope to chronic stroke patients

Summary
This study tests whether a wearable robotic arm device (MyoPro) combined with motor-learning therapy can improve arm function in people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago and have severe arm weakness. About 60 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either therapy with the device or therapy alone. The goal is to see if the device helps restore movement and brain connections.
