First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at three ways to correct nearsightedness in children: regular glasses, special glasses that blur side vision, and rigid contact lenses worn overnight. Researchers will track 90 kids aged 7-17 for one year to see which method improves quality of life most, works best for vision, and costs less. The goal is to help families choose the right option for managing myopia.
