Summary

This study tested a myofunctional therapy nozzle that fits on a water bottle. By drinking through it daily, users exercise mouth and tongue muscles to potentially improve obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. 43 adults with mild to moderate sleep apnea participated, tracking their water intake and quality of life over 8 weeks.
