First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested two types of physical therapy—myofascial release (a massage-like technique) and Mulligan Concept (a gentle neck movement therapy)—in 40 adults with cervicogenic headaches (headaches caused by neck problems). Participants received treatment three times a week for four weeks. The goal was to see which method better reduces pain, improves neck movement, and lessens headache impact on daily life.
