First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tested two types of physical therapy—myofascial release (a massage-like technique) and Mulligan Concept (a gentle neck movement therapy)—in 40 adults with cervicogenic headaches (headaches caused by neck problems). Participants received one of the therapies three times a week for four weeks. The goal was to see which method better reduces headache pain, frequency, and impact on daily life.
