Summary
This study looks at whether a hands-on therapy called myofascial release, alone or with exercise, can help people with cervicogenic headaches—headaches caused by neck problems. Researchers will measure changes in neck spine alignment using X-rays and check sleep quality and mood. About 100 adults aged 20 to 55 with this type of headache will take part.
