Hands-On therapy trial aims to straighten out neck headaches
NCT ID NCT07168512
Summary
This study is testing whether myofascial release therapy, a hands-on massage technique, works better alone or combined with specific exercises to help people with headaches that start in the neck. Researchers will measure changes in neck alignment on X-rays and see if the treatments also improve sleep, mood, and neck function. The trial involves 100 adults aged 20-55 who have been diagnosed with cervicogenic headaches.
