Summary

This study looks at whether a hands-on therapy called myofascial release, alone or with exercise, can help people with cervicogenic headaches (headaches caused by neck problems). About 100 adults aged 20-55 will receive the therapy and have their neck curve measured on X-ray. Researchers will also check sleep quality and mood changes.
