Summary
This study looked at whether adding a hands-on muscle relaxation technique (myofascial release) to core stabilization exercises helps people with long-lasting neck pain. Forty-five adults with neck pain for at least three months took part in a 6-week program. The goal was to see if the combination improved balance, reduced pain, and increased neck movement better than core exercises alone.
