Summary
This study tests a self-guided online program called MyGENESIS for donor-conceived young adults (ages 18-35). The program uses cognitive-behavioral techniques to help participants understand their donor conception, manage stress, and build coping skills. 120 participants will be randomly assigned to use the program or be in a control group, and researchers will measure changes in stress, well-being, and coping strategies.
