Summary
This study tests a self-guided online program called MyGENESIS for donor-conceived people aged 18-35. The program uses cognitive-behavioral techniques to help participants understand their background, manage stress, and build coping skills. 120 participants will be randomly assigned to use the program or a control condition, and researchers will measure changes in stress, well-being, and coping strategies.
