New drug duo targets rare bone marrow cancer

Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of two oral drugs, TQ05105 and TQB3617, when taken together by adults with intermediate- or high-risk myelofibrosis. The main goals are to find the best dose and to see if the treatment can shrink enlarged spleens and reduce disease symptoms. This is an early-phase trial for patients who have either not responded to standard JAK inhibitor drugs or have not yet tried them.
