New drug duo targets rare blood cancer

Summary
This study is testing a combination of two new drugs, TQ05105 and TQB3617, for people with intermediate- or high-risk myelofibrosis, a rare bone marrow cancer. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to see if the treatment can shrink enlarged spleens and reduce disease symptoms. It will involve about 92 participants who have either not responded to standard JAK inhibitor drugs or have not yet tried them.
