Summary

This study aims to see if a stress management program can help adults with myasthenia gravis feel less anxious and stressed, and improve their quality of life. About 62 participants will take part in an 8-session program and report their symptoms before and after. The goal is to find out if this approach is helpful and practical for people living with this chronic condition.
