Summary
This study checked how safe the MVA-BN (Jynneos) vaccine is for adults at high risk of monkeypox. About 500 staff and study workers in the Democratic Republic of the Congo received two vaccine doses. Researchers tracked any side effects or serious health problems for up to 28 days after the last dose.
