Summary
This small pilot study explored whether listening to specific songs could help people recover after a stroke. Researchers tested 40 participants, including stroke survivors and healthy individuals, to see if music could improve brain activity during rehabilitation. They measured changes in the brain using a non-invasive magnetic stimulation technique while people listened to P. Ramlee songs.
