Summary

This study tests whether adding personalized music therapy to standard physical therapy can improve walking and balance in people with Parkinson's disease. About 50 participants will receive either physical therapy alone or physical therapy plus rhythmic music cues for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if the music helps reduce freezing episodes and improve gait.
