NCT ID NCT07261267
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks at whether listening to calming music during the first radiation session can lower anxiety, stress, and pain in cancer patients. About 72 adults starting radiation will be split into two groups: one gets standard care, the other also hears 15-20 minutes of meditative music. Researchers will compare surveys taken before and after treatment to see if music makes a real difference.
