Music therapy may soothe anxiety in young cancer survivors

Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week virtual music-based relaxation program can help reduce anxiety in teens and young adults who have finished cancer treatment. About 50 participants aged 15-39 with anxiety will take part. The program involves 45 minutes of tailored music relaxation each week, delivered online.
