First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested whether listening to relaxing music with special verbal guidance can lower anxiety in young adults. 123 university students listened to music alone, with standard relaxation instructions, or with AI-generated guidance based on Eastern culture. Anxiety, mood, and heart rate were measured before and after a single 25-minute session to see which approach worked best.
