Summary
This study looks at whether creating a personalized music playlist can help people cope with the loss of a spouse or life partner. About 30 adults from a grief support group will take part. They will talk about their loved one and their grief, then build a playlist with guidance from a researcher. Surveys before and after will measure if music helps their mental health and well-being.
