Summary

This study tested whether adding Turkish music to a functional exercise program helps older adults with mild dementia more than exercise alone. Forty participants from a nursing home did exercises twice a week for 8 weeks, with or without music. Researchers measured changes in balance, daily living skills, and quality of life.
