Summary
This study tests whether adding personalized music-based aerobic exercise to standard physical therapy helps people recovering from a recent stroke. 92 participants will do gentle, music-guided arm, leg, and trunk exercises for 30 minutes, 5 days a week, for 6 weeks. The goal is to improve mobility, balance, mood, and daily independence. All sessions are supervised by therapists to ensure safety.
