Summary
This study aims to understand how severe weight loss (cachexia) affects muscles in people with colorectal cancer. Researchers will compare muscle samples from patients with and without cachexia, and from healthy volunteers. The goal is to learn more about the physical changes caused by this condition to inform future treatments.
