Can a special drink stop muscle loss from new weight loss drugs?

Summary
This study is testing whether a special nutritional drink can help people keep their muscle mass while they lose weight using medications like Wegovy (semaglutide) or Zepbound (tirzepatide). About 144 adults starting these medications will take either the nutritional drink or a placebo for 24 weeks. Researchers will measure muscle mass and strength to see if the drink helps prevent the muscle loss that sometimes happens with rapid weight reduction.
