Summary
This study aims to understand how leg muscles grow and change over time in children with spastic cerebral palsy or a brain injury. Researchers will use 3D ultrasound scans to measure muscle size, length, and quality in children over a two-year period. The goal is to learn how muscle development relates to the brain injury and to current treatments, which could help create better, personalized therapies in the future.
