Scientists map muscle changes in kids with cerebral palsy
NCT ID NCT05197764
Summary
This study aims to understand how muscles grow and change in children with spastic cerebral palsy or a brain injury. Researchers will use 3D ultrasound scans to track muscle size, length, and structure in children's legs over two years. The goal is to learn how muscle development relates to the brain injury and current treatments, which could help create better, personalized care plans in the future.
