Simple arm cuff treatment tested to fight Stroke-Related muscle fatigue
NCT ID NCT06027294
Summary
This study aims to understand why muscles tire faster after a stroke and to test a simple, non-invasive treatment. Researchers will compare blood flow and muscle fatigue in stroke survivors and healthy adults. They will test if a safe, at-home treatment using a blood pressure cuff on the thigh can improve blood flow and help muscles work longer without tiring.
