Summary

This study looks at how muscle cells send tiny packages called extracellular vesicles to fat cells during exercise, which may affect how the body processes sugar and fat. Researchers will compare 40 adults—some with prediabetes and some healthy—to understand why some people's fat cells respond differently to exercise. The goal is to learn more about this communication, not to test a treatment.
