Multisensory virtual reality experience with relaxing aroma

What this could lead to

If it works, this could point toward better ways to manage stress using virtual reality and scents.

What could go wrong

This is a very small, early study with only 40 people. It measures short-term reactions, not long-term stress relief, so results may not apply broadly.
