Summary

This study will test 40 young adults to see how changing sounds and smells in a virtual reality (VR) experience affects their stress and mental workload. Participants will wear a VR headset and answer quiz questions while different audio and scents are played. The goal is to understand which combinations are most relaxing, not to treat any disease.
