Summary
This study is building a large registry of 2000 people with multiple sclerosis (MS) to collect health information from electronic records and patient surveys. The goal is to better understand MS disability and cognitive problems, and to find ways to improve care and quality of life. Participants must have an MS diagnosis and speak English comfortably.
