First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tested a three-drug combination (carfilzomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone) followed by a stem cell transplant and maintenance therapy in 46 adults aged 65 or younger with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. The goal was to see how many patients achieved a very deep remission. The results will help decide if this approach should be tested in larger trials.
