New drug cocktail aims to tame stubborn blood cancer

Summary
This study is testing a combination of four medications—isatuximab, pomalidomide, elotuzumab, and dexamethasone—for adults with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to at least two prior treatments. The goal is to see if this four-drug mix is safe and more effective than other standard combinations. The trial will involve about 28 participants and is currently not recruiting new volunteers.
