Summary
This study looks at whether a program of healthy eating, physical activity, and a special supplement can help young people with early-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD). The goal is to reduce harmful substances in the blood and lower inflammation, which may slow down the disease. About 200 participants will be assigned to either the program or standard care for 6 months.
