First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using multiple ultrasound techniques together can more accurately tell if a thickened area in the upper digestive tract is cancerous or not. About 43 adults with unexplained thickening seen on CT or MRI scans will undergo a special endoscopic ultrasound. The goal is to improve early diagnosis and help doctors choose the right treatment.
