This study will test whether using multiple ultrasound techniques together can more accurately tell if a thickening in the upper digestive tract wall is cancerous or not. About 43 adults with unclear findings from standard scans will undergo a special endoscopic ultrasound procedure. The goal is to improve diagnosis and guide treatment decisions.
