First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether a multimedia video program can help people with early-stage chronic kidney disease improve their physical fitness and daily activity. Sixty adults will be randomly assigned to either watch the videos or receive standard education. Over 12 weeks, researchers will measure changes in walking distance, strength, flexibility, and activity levels to see if the video approach works better.
