Summary
This pilot study looks at whether educational videos can increase the number of ovarian and endometrial cancer patients who get genetic testing. What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
Educational videos
What this could lead to
If it works, this could show that simple videos help more patients get the genetic testing they need, improving care.
What could go wrong
This is a very small pilot study with only 30 people. It may not prove the videos make a real difference, and results might not apply to everyone.
