Summary
This study tests a modified 'bird-dog' exercise called the Multifidus Lift in 40 university students aged 18-25 with low back pain. Over 6 weeks, participants do the exercise twice weekly to see if it improves back muscle endurance, reduces pain, and lessens disability. A healthy control group is also included for comparison.
