First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether simple sensory methods like massage, lavender scent, Turkish music, or watching an aquarium can help lower labor pain and make women more comfortable during childbirth. About 200 pregnant women giving birth vaginally will be randomly assigned to one of these methods or standard care. Researchers will measure pain, comfort, and satisfaction to find out which approach works best.
