Summary

This observational study looks at 300 people with early-stage lung cancer to understand why different types of the disease behave differently. Researchers will analyze genes, immune cells, and other markers from tumor samples. The goal is to find patterns that could lead to better predictions of cancer return and new treatment targets. Participants are followed after surgery to track recovery and recurrence.
